Edna Campbell Memorial Scholarship

Edna Agatha Campbell (October 1922-May 2014) was predeceased by her husband Leonard 40 years before. Edna was a natural community worker and solid advocate of charitable services and education.

She encouraged and supported not only her own children, but  many young people in her community of Mannings Hill, St Andrew, Jamaica.  Her home was often a refuge for young people who needed help.

The Edna Campbell Memorial Scholarship Fund has been established by her daughter and son in law, Marie Angela Campbell-Allen and Kenroy Allen, founders of the PUREAIDE Project.

This scholarship will be directed towards secondary and post secondary education for young people in Ghana and Jamaica.
